At TinyBreeze, we strive to deliver your products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or supply issues, we will notify you via email or phone.


đźšš Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (India): Delivery usually takes 7-8 business days depending on your location.

  • International: Delivery timelines vary by destination and may take 21-30 business days depending on customs clearance.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen events (strikes, natural calamities, etc.) are beyond our control.


đź’° Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or above a minimum order value (as mentioned during offers).

  • International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges that must be paid by the customer.


📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us at info@tinybreeze.in


⚠️ Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Re-shipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense.


❌ Damaged / Wrong Product Received

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • A 360° unboxing video is mandatory to claim any replacement/refund.
